										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Receta Chupín de Pescado, enviada por el camping Club Paraná, de Ramallo, Buenos Aires, Argentina</strong></p>
<p><strong>INGREDIENTES, para 8 porciones bien abundantes:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 kg y 1/2 de pescado, armado, patí (mediano, moncholo, SURUBI PARA CHUPIN DE LUXE), lo importante que no sea un pescado grasoso.</li>
<li>1 kg y 1/2 de papas.</li>
<li>1/2 Kg de zanahorias, cortaditas en redondito de 4 mm.</li>
<li>1 morrón rojo mediano.</li>
<li>1 morrón verde mediano.</li>
<li>1 morrón amarillo, mediano, (opcional, sino tienen es lo mismo), cualquier morrón.<br />
Queda lindo el color de los distintos morrones, y también cada uno aporta un sabor distinto, pero tampoco es obligación tener todos.</li>
<li>3 cebollas, aproximadamente medio kilo.</li>
<li>1 kg de tomates bien maduros, redondos o peritas, es lo mismo.</li>
<li>Si tienen una huerta, ahora que hay chauchas, aprovéchenlas y ponganle también, aportan color y sabor, o arvejas de huerta (las enlatadas no sirven porque se deshacen).</li>
<li>150 cc de salsa de tomate (tomate triturado) de buena calidad, o cubeteado.</li>
<li>Ajo, 3 dientitos bien picaditos</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>PREPARACIÓN, muy sencilla:</strong></p>
<p>Cortar el pescado elegido en trozos de unos 6 a 7 cm de espesor, no mas finos.<br />
Pelar las papas, y cortarlas algunas un poco mas gruesas, de unos dos centimetros a lo largo, y el resto mas fina, casi la mitad de un centímetro o un poquito menos de espesor.</p>
<p>Cortar en juliana de un centímetro de ancho, todas las verduras, pero los tomates un poquito mas finos, a la mitad, o sea una juliana mas flaquita.</p>
<p>En una olla, preferiblemente de hierro, o teflón, sino la que sea, no hay problema.<br />
Colocar en el fondo un poco del tomate triturado, esparcirlo bien, y después una capa de las papas que cortaron mas gruesitas.</p>
<p>Luego una capa de las verduras, todas, los morrones, cebolla, tomate, zanahorias, chauchas o arvejas de huerta.<br />
Condimentar con sal y pimienta a gusto y piachere.</p>
<p>Luego una capa del pescadito, un poquito del ajito esparcido, y condimentar el pescadito, luego empezamos nuevamente, con un poquito del tomate triturado, papas, verduras, pescado, sin olvidar condimenar cada capa sin miedo, lo que corresponde a cada capa.</p>
<p>Tratar de terminar con verduras y papas arriba y esparcir el resto del tomate triturado.</p>
<p>Hay que condimenar cada capa porque esta preparación, NO SE PUEDE REVOLVER NUNCA, NO OLVIDAR.</p>
<p>Bueno, ya esta lista la olla, y vamos al fuego, de medio a bajo primero, por unos 15 minutos hasta que se caliente y empiece a salir vaporcito, ahí bajar la llama a bajita, bajita y hay que MOVER LA OLLA, PARA UN LADO Y PARA EL OTRO, PARA QUE NO SE PEGUE y para que se vallan asentando los ingredientes.</p>
<p>Tiempo de cocción aproximado total de 70 a 75 minutos, y cuando las papas de arriba ya están bien cocidas, ahí, YA ESTA LISTO EL CHUPINAZO !</p>
<p>APAGAR EL FUEGO, LLAMAR A COMER Y A DISFRUTAR.</p>

<p>Cortar una naranja por la mitad y raspar la fruta de su interior.</p>
<p>Romper y llenar la media naranja con un huevo.</p>
<p>Colocar la naranja sobre las brasas aproximadamente 10 o 12 minutos.<br />
O atravesar la naranja con un palo y apoyarlo en las brasas para retirarlo con facilidad.</p>
<p>Retiralo, dejalo enfriar y condimentalo a gusto (con sal o pimienta) y &#8230; ¡ a disfrutarlo !</p>

<p><strong>Recetas para camping: Bondiola a la cerveza negra, en disco de arado</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingredientes para 6 personas:</strong></p>
<p>1,5 kg de Bondiola<br />
1 kg Papas<br />
1/2 kg Cebollas<br />
1 Ají Morrón rojo<br />
1 Ají Morrón verde<br />
2 o 3 dientes de Ajo<br />
Aceite aproximadamente 1/2 pocillo<br />
1 Lt de Cerveza Negra<br />
Sal Parrillera o gruesa<br />
Orégano / Pimienta blanca</p>
<p>Con 2 Carbones grandes y un cajoncito de madera que le pedís al verdulero cocinás todo.</p>
<p><strong>Preparación:</strong></p>
<p>1) Prender el fuego y aprovechar para quemar los ajíes que luego usaremos.<br />
2) Cortar la Bondiola en rodajas de 1,5 cm de espesor aproximadamente<br />
3) Pelar los ajos y cortarlos en mitades.<br />
4) Pelar las cebollas, yo les quito por lo menos cascara y una piel, la corto en mitades y la pongo en agua, luego de lavadas cortar en juliana o en rodajas de 1cm.<br />
4) Pelar las papas y cortar en rodajas de 1 a 1,5 cm para que luego se cocinen rápido.<br />
5) Sacar del fuego los ajíes y sacarle la piel quemada debajo del agua fría, luego eliminar las semillas y cortar en tiras de 1,5cm aproximadamente<br />
6) Poner a calentar el disco y agregar un chorro de aceite por los bordes.<br />
7) No dejar que el aceite se caliente solo, porque se quema, con el aceite templado colocar los ajos para que vayan soltando sabor, cuando esté caliente colocar de a una las rodajas de bondiola para que se vayan dorando desde el centro hacia afuera, salar. Ir moviendo las rodajas para que todas se doren.<br />
8) Una vez doraditas de ambos lados, retirar y reservar.<br />
9) Colocar en el mismo aceite las cebollas, cuando van tomando color, yo suelo agregar un poco de sal gruesa o parrillera y condimento con Orégano (infaltable en mis recetas) y un toque de pimienta blanca. Si fuese necesario agregar un chorrito más de aceite.<br />
10) Incorporar los ajíes cortados.<br />
11) Cuando todo comience a soltar juguito y a tomar color, agregar las rodajas de bondiola<br />
12) Incorporar las rodajas de papa, condimentar y tapar un rato.<br />
13) Unos minutos después que comienza a transpirar la tapa, agregar la cerveza, aumentar un poco la llama.<br />
14) Ahora a esperar que se comience a consumir y el tiempo se los dará la papa.</p>
<p>Opcional: sino les gusta la papa así, pueden acompañar la preparación con Puré, Papás fritas o ensalada</p>

<p><strong>Cocinar sobre una piedra</strong></p>
<p>Amigos campistas, hermosa experiencia al aire libre es la cocina rústica, a la vara, spiedo, asador, disco, etc.</p>
<p>En esta oportunidad hablaremos de cocinar sobre una piedra.<br />
Puede ser cualquier piedra lo suficientemente grande para maniobrar, en este caso huevos, tratando de que sea lo más plana y lo menos porosa posible.</p>
<p>Se lava y se cepilla enérgicamente, y la pondremos en una posición elevada apoyándola en otras rocas o haciendo un pozo de forma tal de poder armar fuego debajo.<br />
Prendemos un fuego con ramas finas, lo suficientemente intenso y constante para calentar, hasta lograr que la piedra este con la temperatura justa.</p>
<p>Dejaremos caer en la piedra una gota de agua, la misma debe moverse enérgicamente hasta desaparecer, pero no evaporarse rápidamente, ése es el punto justo y el que hay que mantener.</p>
<p>Ponemos algo de aceite para que no se pegue y listo, con destreza deslizar el huevo sobre la piedra y esperar que se cocine por completo.</p>
<p>Se puede consumir desde la piedra en forma comunitaria o servir sobre un pan o plato.</p>
<p>Espero les haya gustado y sepan que también se pueden hacer churrasquitos finitos tipo milanesa para unos buenos sándwich, usen su creatividad y pasen nuevas ideas para compartir.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredientes:</strong></p>
<p>1/2 kg de harina<br />
1 cucharada de polvo para hornear<br />
2 cucharadas de grasa o manteca<br />
1/2 taza de agua<br />
2 cucharaditas de sal<br />
Grasa para freír o aceite</p>
<p><strong>Preparación:</strong></p>
<p>Coloca en un bol la harina cernida y el polvo de hornear en forma de corona o anillo, poniendo en el centro la grasa.<br />
(harina cernida es colada o tamizada: con un colador vas pasando la harina para poder quitar las bolitas que tuviese la harina y evitar que luego se formen los grumos)<br />
Mezclar y agregar de a poco el agua con la sal y continuar hasta que se forme un bollo.</p>
<p>Amasar hasta que se formen ampollas en la superficie.</p>
<p>Dejar reposar 1 hora.</p>
<p>Luego separar en bollitos, achatarlos pinchándolos en el centro con un tenedor y freírlos en abundante grasa o aceite.</p>
<p>Retirarlas con una espumadera y dejarla en papel blanco para que se sequen.</p>
<p>Espolvorearlas con azúcar.</p>

<p>Andrea nos envió fotos de las tortas fritas que hicieron en el refugio y nos cuenta:</p>
<p>Las tortas fritas son un clásico en los refugios de montaña, nosotros nos animamos aunque no teníamos experiencia, éramos 13 y para abaratar costos rinden un montón !! (las galletitas se rompen durante el trekking)</p>
<p>Así que subimos harina, aceite, sal, azúcar y un wok parrillero!! &#8230; nos salvó !!<br />
Comimos nosotros y compartimos con otros campistas.</p>

<p><strong>Recetas para camping: calzones rellenos</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingredientes:</strong></p>
<p>Para la masa:<br />
50 gr de levadura<br />
1 taza (jarro) de agua tibia<br />
1 cucharadita de azúcar<br />
1 chorro de aceite<br />
sal c/n<br />
harina 0000 &#8211; cantidad necesaria</p>
<p><strong>Preparación:</strong></p>
<p>En un jarro grande o un tazón, colocar la levadura, el azúcar y una cucharada de harina. Incorporar el agua tibia, revolver con cuchara de madera, tapar con film y un repasador.<br />
Dejar levar.<br />
En el lugar donde se amasará, hacer una corona de harina, incorporar la sal, el aceite e incorporar la la 1° preparación una vez levada.</p>
<p>Amasar bien, hacer un bollo, tapar bien y dejar levar.<br />
Una vez levada la masa hacer dos bollos y estirarlos en forma rectangular &#8230;</p>
<p>El relleno va en gusto de cada uno y los ingredientes que disponga en ese momento.</p>
<p>En mi caso &#8230; freí 5 cebollas medianas cortadas en pluma con 200 gr de jamón cocido (o panceta ahumada).<br />
En la mitad del 1° calzón distribuí la mitad del sofrito, lo cubrí con queso mantecoso, aceitunas y huevo duro.<br />
Lo cerré con la otra mitad de la masa y por arriba lo cubrí por parte del sofrito restante.<br />
En la mitad del 2° calzón distribuí parte del sofrito restante y lo cubrí con un sofrito de hongos de pino cosechados en el <a title="Camping Rincón de Mirlos, Villa General Belgrano, Córdoba, Argentina" href="http://www.solocampings.com.ar/camping/Rincon-de-Mirlos/Villa-General-Belgrano/Cordoba/657.html" target="_blank">camping Rincón de Mirlos</a>, se pueden reemplazar por champignon, porto bello o lo que se les ocurra y tengan en la heladera de casa y/o camping &#8230; y por último queso mantecoso. Lo cerré con la otra mitad de la masa y por arriba lo cubrí por parte del sofrito restante.</p>
<p>Lo dejé levar cubierto pon un repasador y una vez levado lo cociné en horno eléctrico de 30 a 40 min a 200°.</p>
<p>Espero les sirva la receta, les salga rico y puedan disfrutarlo y si es posible en buena compañía!</p>

<p><strong>Recetas para camping: Pizza rellena a la parrilla</strong></p>
<p>Hola !!</p>
<p>Bueno, les cuento mas o menos como hicimos la pizza rellena, digo mas o menos, ya que de las cantidades de cada cosa ni idea ;P</p>
<p>En un recipiente mezclamos 1/2 paquete de harina, 1/2 sobre de levadura (esa que viene en granulitos) y un poco de sal; a esto le sumamos agua tibia (no muy caliente) y un chorro de aceite. Amasamos y vamos agregando más harina si es que la masa nos queda muy pegada a las manos, y formamos un gran bollo.</p>
<p>Lo tapamos e intentamos dejarlo en un lugar donde mantenga el calor (y como estamos de camping y no en casa, vale meterlo dentro de la carpa o cerca de alguna parrilla donde apenas reciba algo de calor).<br />
Lo dejamos leudar, y luego hacemos 2 o 3 bollos según el tamaño que deseamos.</p>
<p>De a uno estiramos los bollos en una pizzera aceitada (o en la tapa del tapper) y lo pintamos con un poco de puré de tomate que cocinamos previamente con un toque de orégano, sal y azúcar.</p>
<p>Rellenamos la mitad de la pizza con lo que mas nos guste (en nuestro caso fue jamón, huevo, tomate y queso) y la cerramos (como si fuera una empanada), importante que queden bien sellados los bordes!</p>
<p>¡ Y a la parrilla ! &#8230; lo más difícil es eso, pasarla a la parrilla y después darla vuelta.<br />
Pero con paciencia se puede, fuego lento, y la tapamos de arriba con la pizzera.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredientes:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva o maíz</li>
<li>6 presas de pollo</li>
<li>1 cebolla grande picada</li>
<li>1 morrón rojo picado</li>
<li>2 dientes de ajo</li>
<li>1/2 kg de arroz</li>
<li>1 litro de caldo caliente</li>
<li>1/2 vaso de vino blanco</li>
<li>1 lata de arvejas</li>
<li>1 cápsula de azafrán</li>
<li>1 hojita de laurel</li>
<li>pimentón sal y pimienta</li>
<li>perejil picado</li>
<li>Opcional: un morrón asado a la parrilla</li>

<p>Se pueden reemplazar todos las especias por una cucharada colmada de condimento para arroz &#8230; pero no es el mismo gusto.<br />

<p><strong>Preparación</strong></p>
<p>Seguir los pasos de un guiso clásico: dorar las presas de pollo en el aceite, incorporar los vegetales crudos picados y saltear.<br />
Cuando estén cocidos, incorporar el arroz y mezclar.<br />
<a title="Desglasar" href="http://es.cookopedia.org/wiki/index.php/Desglasar" target="_blank">Desglasar</a> con el vino e ir incorporando el caldo caliente, poner 3 tazas, y luego agregar más si hiciera falta, condimentar con las especias y salpimentar.<br />
Mantener el arroz con bastante agua pero retirar antes de que llegue al punto ya que fuera del fuego el arroz se sigue cocinando e hidratando.<br />
Por último agregar las arvejas, decorar con el morrón y espolvorear con el perejil picado.</p>
